Standard for Existing Buildings:
The FEMA-funded ATC-140 project series, first initiated in 2017, supports update of seismic retrofit design guidance. Studies conducted on this project resulted in the development of 35 change proposals for inclusion in the next version of ASCE/SEI 41, Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings, due out in 2023.
